Melissa Ott is Managing Director of Futury. She studied at the Technical University of Darmstadt and has experience from previous positions at Roland Berger, Pickware GmbH, TU Darmstadt and DB Schenker. She holds a Master of Science in Business Administration & Electrical Engineering (2016-2018) from TU Darmstadt. Her goal is to empower researchers, students and young founders to turn their ideas and discoveries into marketable products - with professional support from the first entrepreneurial spark to successful scaling. She emphasizes that success stories such as Energy Robotics, Wingcopter and Magnotherm are the best proof that close networking between science, business and the start-up scene produces sustainable companies.

Charlie Müller is Founder and Managing Director of Futury. Before joining Futury, he was Head of Change Management at EBS University of Business and Law, where he also studied. He founded Futury in 2015 as an innovation platform that brings startups and industrial companies together and has since attracted more than 100 leading industry partners, including Bain & Company, Deutsche Bank and Procter & Gamble. „Together with our partner universities and companies, we want to create a place where scientific research becomes an entrepreneurial reality - visible throughout Europe and deeply rooted in the region." His goal: In Germany, it happens too often that research and development results are not put into practice - this is exactly where Futury comes in.
